OpenSquilla 0.5.0 Preview 4

🦐 OpenSquilla 0.5.0 Preview 4 is an upgrade-safety build for existing Desktop and terminal installs — a normal version upgrade needs no data transfer; if your chats and Agents already look right, just keep using the active profile.

🛟 Profile recovery & upgrade safety — Desktop verifies the effective profile and workspace before creating anything, so existing USER.md, SOUL.md, IDENTITY.md, MEMORY.md and the chat databases are never silently overwritten, deleted, or merged. If a profile cannot be verified safely, Desktop offers an isolated recovery profile instead of writing to an uncertain location.

🪟 Windows Portable transfer — a fresh Windows Desktop install can detect retired OpenSquilla Portable data and offer an optional copy during setup. Nothing is selected automatically; choosing Not now continues normal setup and leaves the Portable source untouched.

🧹 Cleanup, credentials & updates — the Windows uninstaller preserves Desktop profile data on a normal uninstall; reset-setup, delete-profile and delete-all-data are now separate, clearly labeled actions. Provider API-key updates stick after restart, and update checks survive long sessions.

🎯 Model Ensemble & Control UI — Ensemble reports distinct candidate and aggregation progress, handles slow or incomplete streams more reliably, and no longer applies a misleading single-model savings formula to Ensemble turns. The Control UI improves model selection, tool-result inspection, and chat scroll retention.

Upgrading from 0.4.1 or an earlier preview: close any running app or gateway, install manually with one of the pinned downloads, and restart. Existing config and session data are preserved. No Windows portable build is published for 0.5.0 previews — use the desktop installer or the wheel.
